Aaron,
Very nice car, but the VIN was swapped, it has a Sept 68 VIN. Tag is NOR123686.
I'm the person who helped Bob identify the VIN problem and find the original VINs on the car. Trans VIN was obscured, cowl VIN was restamped, engine was partially visible.
Did you check the heater VIN? I don't agree with all the digits of your VIN, but that's pretty close.
