Partial Vin stamp on 1969 Z28

hi guys I am new to this forum, but I find it real interesting and I have owned Camaro's since I was 16 years old. I just recently bought a 69 Z28 after verifying all the possible numbers I could find. The car has an X33 code tag and the hidden partial vin on the heater box and on the cowl that match the vin tag. There is an X3 marking in yellow grease pencil behind the back seat. The car build date on the cowl tag is 05A and I have a letter from the NCRS that the car's official production date was May 5, 1969. It also has the proportioning valve under the driver side frame, the Muncie hole in the firewall and the different diameter torsion bars in the trunk and the hole punched in the front cross member verifying that it was a spoiler car. I also measure the pitman arm and it's 5.8 inches. The issue I am having is with the engine, the stamp on the engine pad it's a DZ stamp built on April 7, 1969 (V0407DZ) and it also has the partial vin on the stamp. The engine cast number is 3956618 and the casing date is C 14 9. The heads are double hump heads with the 3927186-casting number and the casting date of c 6 9. I also verified the Muncie M21 code, and the rear end has the code BV 0421G2 4.10 gears. All the dates line up really well for the build date of the car. The car is an NOR vehicle and I am told in 1969 NOR moved the partial VIN location from the front engine tab to behind the oil filter. I checked that location and there is no partial vin code. I have seen on other forums that there were instances that at times they did revert back to the engine pad but rarely. I am reaching out to see if anyone else has come across this issue. Sorry for the long explanation and I am looking forward to some feed back

You would have to post a pic of the engine stamping or send it to someone. Yours could be just fine but there are a lot of restamps out there.

Thanks guys, I did send a picture to a person I know, and they thought it was authentic because you can still see the broach marks on the pad. I am trying to load the picture, but I am having problems. The transmission isn't the original Munci,e the PC14B code and the casting number 3925660 are correct, but the partial vin is from a March built car (N620693) it's period correct but not original to the car. My partial vin would need to be 19N638876 (this is the partial vin I found in the hidden areas. My car was built in the first week of May
