Here are some images of another Camaro that was used as the Official Pace Car for a racing event held on ice and snow.  These images demonstrate that a unique 1967 Camaro SS/RS was used as the Official Pace Car for an ice racing event held in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec, Canada on January 15, 1967.  Now if the date that the person who took these photos mentioned is correct and I have no reason to believe it isn't, this is one interesting Camaro.  Notice that this car has the SS emblems on the front fenders and rear gas cap but it has a rear spoiler that wasn't available in January of 1967 and the rally stripes of a Z28.  It also lacks the SS hood and obviously the SS bumble bee stripe.  It also seams to be wearing aftermarket Hurst wheels.  The car lacks the SS emblem on the front grill and it has driving lights mounted behind it.  Out back, the Camaro has a 1967 Quebec license plate, a trailer hitch and stickers from from Pirelli and Marchal Driving Lights.  There is also a large sticker that says "Duval."  I can't seem to make out the other words.  Does anyone know what this refers to?  I'm drawing a blank at the moment.  This car couldn't have been more than a few months old and yet it was completely altered cosmetically at least.  Does anyone know anything about this car?
Denis Giguère took these pictures and recently posted them to the Canadian Motorsport Historical Society Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/476034632601421/
