shipping tag attaching hook

Does anyone have a source for this "hook"? Measures just under 2mm wide and 19mm long. The back of this one is straight not indented in like the front.

I took a pic and ran through google image. Many pics come up, some very close but the closest ones were on sites outside the Country

Possibly look at companies like Uline and or other sources for ID Tags/shipping tags w/ clips.
Boy that little spring clip looks familiar probably Billions were made on a machine in Conn. by a small outfit.
