Yes, Tom McIntyre is the owner of the car and told me about the article.  I don't subscribe and my understanding is that this was the last issue that will be published before the magazine goes permanently out of print.  I'll have to go find myself a copy somewhere.

I have been a subscriber to Hemmings Muscle Cars and will miss receiving their magazine.  I could only find one source to obtain the last February 2025 issue as I haven't seen the magazine for sale at any retail outlets:

I was sad when told that Hemmings was ending its publication of their Muscle Machines magazine as I always looked forward to receiving the next edition.
