Yeah i have seen this before posted on a fourm. Not sure if it was this one or maybe team camaro.  I dont think the pail is full of them, if you look close you can see a rag or something in there.  It looks like he filled it up with rags to make it look like he had a bunch.  Either way it still sucks cause he does have more then 1 on top.
