Choke used on 67 210 - where to buy

Gentlemen - the (divorced) choke used on the 210 hp LF7 in 1967- that mounts on the the intake - where can I buy this unit?  I have a 67 LF7 with the original Rochester 2GV sitting top of the original manifold, and the original choke seems to have lost its action - no, I am not talented enough to simply replace the thermostat spring, unless you convince me otherwise.  The units that I see out there are for different applications and do not seem to be oriented correctly . . .

For the "Thermostat" (The coil part), you need P/N 3908966. They come up on ebay all the time because this same thermostat was used on a lot of cars and trucks.

I'm not sure if anyone is reproducing the assembly for the base engine but you might want to check. Aftermarket might also be a source.

 If it's not too late for this discussion. I ran into a similar situation when trying to find the correct coil with the right approach direction for my L35. What I wound up doing is modifying a replacement to flip the coil. It is very easy to do.

In a nut shell:
1- Note current approach orientation of coil
2- Using two needle nose pliers, hold one side and gently bend the other side of the housing just enough to clear the coil
3- Using a flat blade screwdriver, apply pressure in the center of the coil only. The coil will slide off its shaft. It may be snug but it will come off
4- Reverse coil orientation and make a note where to index the rolled end relative to the choke rod.
5- Aligning folded end of coil to shaft opening, hold square and slide on the shaft using a flat blade screw driver and apply pressure to the coil center near its center bend
6- Bend the body side back to its proper position
