Casting number help

Casting number appears to 3855272. Numbers on passenger front block are Tl22LJK
My engine guy says it's a 69 block 396
I think T=Tonawanda, I=September 22nd, I or L= ?, JK= ?? I

It's actually 3955272 and that's a 1969 396 block. Also, it's actually T1221JK and that's Tonowanda, Decmeber 21st, 1968 and a 396/325 with a Turbo 400 from a Chevelle.
