I have a block with mentioned numbers above.  Block casting is 3892657.  I did not do a typo, the L is before the 7.  The engine code appears to have either been tampered with or errors, to look like an MO. It was suggested by code possibly a 350 SS motor from 67. Found the block in my deceased father in laws garage with a bunch of other blocks trannies heads etc...message me if the owner of the partial vin needs to evaluate it. Can email pic of stamps.

It looks like a genuine MV engine and the partial VIN is correct.  Have seen that before on LOS cars.

It's too bad then messed with the stamp to try and make an MO.  If you want let me know and I will try to post the pic you sent me.

In case someone does a future search on what would be the proper format for the partial VIN

My 67 04B LOS L35 VIN stamp starts with L7 instead of 7L. There was a run of those misstamps.

It's real.

Decided to remove the pic. Don't want help anyone that might try to use it as an example for restamping.

Thanks BC for posting pic.  Will eventually have to unload this block but will hold out for as long as I can for VIN owner.
