Yup, I missed out on a PNW swing he did a few years ago in Seattle & Vanc B.C.
I think he did 4 or 5 cars Great Way to economize the trip and spread out the costs.
I wish Tex was closer to Wa, As I need to get him back to the PNW.

Keep taking detailed (& High Resolution) pics as you work- Very important to document

Thank, I'd prefer black over black, red over black, gold over black, blue over black or even brg over black.... But it is what it is lol

I'd prefer Black over red DLX, white HT, or blue DLX, however... Ivy Gold is a green gold which should set off the BRG nicely.

I think what is trending today is anything "different". So many muscle cars have black interiors and are red or blue that something different just catches your eye. My 6 cars are 6 for 6, all black interiors. My next one will be "different"

I have black interior on a couple of cars, and red interior on 2 others. The red looks sporty. My friend had a 67 RS/SS blue turquoise with deluxe turquoise interior( with white inserts) and I really liked that combo. I think having the different colors that were offered back then is very cool to see now a days, because there is so few factory options on interior colors on new cars. At best you can special color stitching on black seats.
At least the 5th gen you could get orange interior as an option, or the synergy green you could get a green trimmed interior.
The 50's and 60's cars having so many color options really makes them stand out even more, and thats what guys want right now, the car that doesn't look like everyone else's.
I hope with this trend more guys go back to to the factory colors on their cars. There was a time when you would go to a car show and it was mostly just red and black cars. How boring is that?

You think someday an interior other than gray or tan in a car produced in this decade might be "rare"

What was your method to post pictures?

check the inside of the glove box for tire sticker, this is another way of determining a z/28, the tire size should be 15".

I tell people this all the time.. once you have a few you begin to realize how rare cars with White, Red, or Blue interiors are in the muscle car era. Then you start looking for cars with nice guts in colors other than Black... AND ORIGINAL INTERIORS in the colors are even rarer.

Here is the clutch, this was not with the car when i got it, however since the fan was in the car i have been hunting an original clutch. I found one and done some parts swapping and i think i came out ahead....either way we both got what we were looking for.  these seem to be like finding a tooth in a chickens mouth.
