Hi Mike,

That is the Coppins Firebird, it raced in Australia '72, '73 '74 and '75 as well as the domestic NZ seasons.
The turn signal and marker lights were not required on the T/A circuit and were missing when the car got to NZ and as they were required, locally available/aftermarket items were used.

Bruce.

Steve, I really appreciate you posting that complete FIA Homologation Form # 1528 (aka Form of Recognition) for the '68 Firebird. It says it's an original, which is wonderful. The pictures are nice and clear unlike the ones you typically see which are a copy of a copy of a copy.

Thanks Jon, I've got so much enjoyment from this forum and learned so much from all your great material that I wanted to make a small contribution.

Greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Steve.

This is a photo I recently found on the internet. Not sure who took it (possibly from Revs Digital Library?), but thought it would be neat to share it here. Capturing the Titus/Ward Firebird at Daytona 1969 where it placed an incredible 3rd outright in the 24 Hour race, behind a pair of Lola T70 MkIII's.

Nice color shot of the car, Steve.  Thanks for posting it.

Nice color shot of Craig Fisher's Firebird at the 1970 Laguna Seca Trans-Am race coming down through the corkscrew.
