Location of 396 (375HP) Fender Emblem

Doe's anyone have the measurements for the location of this emblem on the fender below the Camaro emblem. OEM fenders did not come with the holes drilled and I don't want to by a template kit for 1 emblem.

You will have to be more specific..  Every year is different.  BTW there is no 375hp emblem just 396 or SS depending the location.
