Dash center panel

Just wondered if the pebble grain black center panel for the dash had a part number on it or any way to determine if it was a factory item.  I had to take mine off to redo a radio speaker and mine has a few dents in the bright work.  If mine is repro, no problem and I'll just get another.  If not I'll need to try and fix it or get another.

Also, I just noticed on my ashtray it says aad 2753-1 on it.  Does anyone know who aad is?
