AMK B-11626 has that OD but is phosphate.

I guess that could work for the 68 and the 11636 down one row from there is ss I think.  It has a shoulder but no one would know unless they took it out.  Maybe a person could call AMK and ask if they had a 8-18 x 1/2 in chrome.

AMK 11636 I believe is used for F&R window clips. I plan to use 11636 in this application because the shoulder would make a more secure connection without distorting the U-Jam seal.

Exactly what I was thinking except mine doesn't need the chrome one.  Who would know about the shoulder unless they took it out?

I have only noted the use of phosphate screws attaching the U-shaped piece in 68's as aforementioned. An example of a 68 NOR Survivor late built car.
