Parts only?

Strange.  Like someone started the project, then stopped and someone took the tags off. Recent paint too.  Hidden vins should be run through NCIB just in case.  Yes its a parts only car :(

 I've read that over 80% of car restorations started are never completed by the person who started it. This example sort of reminds me of that.

Looks like the trim tag is there, so why couldn't somebody use the hidden vin and register the car again?
(The sunroof is the deal killer for me, since I can't see the extent of the rust)

I have purchased about 20 cars, not a one with a sunroof.  :o

I can't tell for sure, but looks like the trim tag is NOT there.

Yes, the cowl tag has been removed...



The cowl tag might be in one of the boxes of parts!?  ::)
