Your car does not have rear side marker lights. The rear quarters received skins or some butcher has done what I've seen numerous times; which is installing skins over existing quarters. Higher resolution photos of areas prone to rot will help determine the best course of action.

As Kurt posted earlier, check the transmission partial VIN and axle code. Axle code is on the front edge, passenger side. They may help figure things out.
