A little confusing.
The other ad shows a nice drag car (454 & 9") and shows that same title.
Very doubtful someone would cut that car up unless it was wrecked or burned really bad. No VIN plate?

I assume this guy may have owned the car at one point. You can lose a title and apply for another one. Maybe this is the original, and he sold the car with the duplicate?
