The '68 Z I had from '71 to '73 had CA black plates  "VND 987"  Pretty close!

Have a feeling lots of guys lost them ASAP.  Never knew until about 10 years ago they even came with them, or did anyone ever bring it up about mine. When I spoke to #1 owner, wasn't a mentionable to him. Maybe considered more of a station wagon item. Before my time.

Talked to my friend Joe today about this car. He said he can't remember if there was a sticker on the air cleaner or not. And the spoiler was probably added at the dealership. He didn't move the alt. brackets to the back. So who knows... He is going to look for the VIN. We will see... D
