I have a friend that is looking at this car. Does anyone know anything about it? Is the date of the car on the cusp of when the "X" codes were put on the trim tag?

I have had extensive conversations with the seller. Car has great docs, protecto and an extensive list of options. No console gauges or tach. Cowl hood is not original to car. Rear deck does not have Camaro emblem and stripes on deck come down too far. Otherwise a very nice car that has a cd of the restoration although the seller is not sure when it occurred. Almost bought myself and posted stamps of the drivetrain under the decoding threads.

Austin - the only thing that kept me away was lack of storage and a wife that thought I was certifiable after having just bought my lemans blue.
