Providing some additional information for your updated page.
I have a 10D (October 1968) los produced Z. The master cylinder casting number is
5468309 with the US stamping. The brake booster is 9204 with a julian date of 230
(August 18). Does this information support your findings that later 69 cars used
the 5468309 casting master cylinder.

Yes. That fits with the data. As noted, it was an early change.
