67 Power Steering Gearbox Seals

Anyone have experience replacing the seal on the top of the power steering gear box where it attaches to the rag joint?
Wondering if you have to remove the steering box to replace the seal?

Never done it myself, but it's probably explained step by step and illustrated in the 1967 Chassis Overhaul or Chassis Service manuals, both which last I checked could be downloaded here:

My guess would be you have to remove the box.
