This Yenko Camaro was bought as a recovered
theft in 1967. It had been stolen from the dealer lot
and when recovered the engine trans and
wheels were gone. You can clearly see the
hood pins 427 emblems and the traction
bars on the car. The car never had any
Yenko emblems on it, just the selling
dealers emblem on the black taillight panel.

Really neat vintage pics. Thanks for posting. Which Yenko # is it and what town was this car in at the time?

Jon ill send you a pm. This car has Yenko paperwork and it was stolen when new so NICB has a file on it telling the story.

Very cool pics and the rear license plate is very ironic.

RPOZ28

The plate was just by chance it was not asked for. It was just the number they were on.

Central had seven Yenko's and this car was not the only one stolen off the lot.
