68Z Vacuum Hose Routing

Need a picture or good description of the vacuum hose routing for the distributor and Air diverter signal valve. Trying to figure how the vacuum hoses from both meet  at I assume the vacuum port on the Holley. Hope I did a good enough job of explaining my question.

Here is a link to a couple of photos of the '69 routing.....is the same for the '68.  The first photo shows the original routing and the second photo shows the distributor connected to the plastic tee port that the smog diverter valve was connected to.
