on a 69 camaro i am reading there was a  first & second design pad what was the differance and when did the second design come into production

i have seen the  28 on the emblems in white and silver what is correct

trying to find some info on dealer code 646 and zone number 16 think the zone  16 is charlotte nc but cant find anything on the dealer

working on a 2 owner un restored 1969 z28 the build date on the car is 06A the distributor is date 8 J 9  i have heard distributors can go back pretty far

is there a difference between a disc brake and drum brake subframe on a 69 camaro also is the  68 camaro  frame  the same

THE CAR HAS 3 THAT ARE THE SAME DATE  AND THE OTHER 2 ARE 3 DAYS EARLIER SAME DATE

should  all  5 wheels be the same date or can they be different  dates but in the same week of production

ITS A 1969 CAMARO WITH A  B CODE M21

HOW FAR BACK CAN A DATE CODE GO  LOOKING AT A 06A CAR AND IT HAS A VERY EARLY APRIL TRANS DATE  I THOUGHT THEY WHERE CLOSER TO THE BUILD OF THE CAR

all of the original stainless was polished not chrome plated and the original  bumpers and rear guards  where done by aih chrome plating they only do the show chrome i thought the car needed the bright work to stand out

 correct if i am wrong but did the 06A run through the whole month of june

THE CAR HAS ITS ORIGINAL ENGINE & TRANSMISSION ALSO THE ORIGINAL PROTECTO PLATE  HOPEFULLY OTHERS WILL CHIME IN 

trying to remember the posi code thinking H-7 - G or  H HAVE TO LOOK THROUGH PICTURES  i do have the original p o p the car is a 4 th week of  sept 1968 build

the posi carrier date is within the build date the ring and pinion was changed by the 2nd owner to 411 gears that where dated 7-71 , this rearend is in my 69 camaro
