Had Sherman parts years ago and the fit was a disaster. The new rear fender panels had to be sectioned away and spliced to the original quarter because the fit was so bad. Could not use the whole panel. They got re-replaced at the next repaint.
A convert that needs everything will test your skills. My advice - You will need a LOT of bracing to keep the car from collapsing once you start cutting. Save and patch anything original that is still serviceable.

I know the hinges are way different, 3 bolt as opposed to 4 bolt. The outer door skin has a different part number, probably because the wing window? I would say no...Joe

Lemans blue with white, yes. Black rockers on SS or SS/RS, yes. Black rear panel, only if it's a 396.
There was a car exactly like this in Tucson in the late 70s..Joe

California built cars [L VIN] often have the tattered remains of a Body Broadcast Copy on top of the fuel tank.
Norwood built cars [N VIN] rarely have hidden paperwork. Fisher built and trimmed the bodies long before the sheets were printed at final assembly so no need to dismantle the interior.
