Sorry for this off-topic reply, but the Dallas International Motor Speedway was also the site on the Labor Day 1969 Texas International Pop Festival in Lewisville. Here's the poster of that event.

I don't see any factory broach marks on that block, and I'd be suspicious of any stamped numbers on that pad.....JMO.
