The 215/65/15 is about as close to the original E70-15 in diameter as you can get.

That's about right.  Mine starts to pull fairly hard around 4500 rpm.

This probably won't help but if you look at the old Holley tech manual the 4053 carb actually takes a 8.5 PV in the secondary circuit.

Looks like Heartbeat City sells the screw.  It's part #EGP-1118.

Thanks David.  My car is an August car and the bracket is original.  It has been missing the screw since I bought it in 1978.

Does anyone know why fewer cars were produced in the July/August 1969 time frame?  My 08C car has many parts that are dated in June and some even earlier than that.  Just curious.
