Originality / Re: Right hand mirror

question: my 69 camaro has on the passenger door holes for a mirror and in the holes there are threads just like on the driver side just without the large hole for the cable for the adjustable mirror. so would it have come from the factory like that or was it dealer installed too

i have two questions: first one, anyone who has had a full quarter replace what did it cost and my second question is does anyone know of anyone who is good in the peoria, illinois area. I have a 69 camaro and the driver side quarter has been patch twice before and needs a full quarter now to make it right. i have found a couple of people  that I'm getting quotes from but you guys are as great with advice

it great all the work you guys do here because without it every year that goes by all this information would be lost. that really amazing. so for the 1969 year would the headrest delete cars still have the release knob under the chrome escutcheon or did they remove it.

brake hoses rot from the inside out and that could be the cause of your problem. when they go bad, it traps the fluid in the caliper keeping them depressed.

im having a little trouble getting the ignition lock out of the column. the column is out of a 1969 firebird orignnally. i have everthing out of the way. i removed the signnal switch and everything. this column has the threaded hole for retaining pin but it doesn't go all the way down and there was no pin. also i don't have a key for it but the lock is broken and i can turn it from lock to run without the key. any ideas, you guys have always be great
