Thanks for the info. I have a set of repro tires no rims and a set of later rallys with BFG T/As. The rings on the rallys are real curved and don't look right. Sounds like the 4 clips will work. I read they came off, people got out to get them, guy hit by cars and the govt made them change them.  Also read they changed when the wheel changed in 69but that doesn't appear true.

These are 4 clip. Would these be correct . The Valve hole is slightly oblong..

Hey Bill, those look correct, but I would look around a bit for a better deal, they are on ebay pretty often.
