OER Headlight Acuators
« on: December 04, 2010, 03:47:43 AM »
I bought a set of OER headlight acuators and the the rods that connect to the crank that opens the door is about 1/2" longer than the original when it is pressed all the way in the acuator. Therefore, the door does not close tight against the grill like the originals acuators allow. Is there another acuator on the market that will work? I am not happy with the way these make the front of the car look.

Thanks,

I worked on the acuators and got them to fit better than initially. I will keep these units.

If you search on Team Camaro (or here???) I remember browsing a couple threads about this subject.  Since I don't have an RS, I didn't really commit it to memory.  Not that much gets commited these days...
