Carb Date

I found a carb dated one day before the vehicle assembly date. Is that possible? Any feedback would be great before I buy it.

What are you referencing as the "vehicle assembly date"?

The date of the VIN was assigned.

It's very difficult (if possible at all) to nail down the day the VIN was assigned; how did you determine that? "Typical" carb dating would be 2-6 weeks prior to the car's final assembly date.

My 10E car has a carb date of 902.
Here's some carb information that might help you.
