Is that your car on the cover of Hagerty Insurance Magazine this month?

Yes, it is - Campbell-Ewald (Chevy and Hagerty's ad agency) sent Reliable out to pick it up and borrowed it for three days back in March for studio photography for the article. They credit me for the car in the lower left corner on page 28.

I did eventually see that, but had a strange feeling (said to myself) that looked just like your car.  I know it's a nice car, but they really shined it up and/or had it shot to bring out the best.  The car on the cover of Rick's catalog is wagonman at TC's 68z convertible clone.  It's a small world for first gens.

Here's the cover of the Hagerty magazine (just got mine yesterday); the '67 Pace Car belongs to the GM Heritage Center.

They didn't do anything to it except dust it off; I don't let anyone near the 40-year-old original lacquer with a buffer. Studio photography and lighting does make a difference.
