I have an aluminum intake manifold that appears to be NOS. It is a V8 Chevrolet manifold with the part # 14044836 on it. I have heard rumor that these are from a 69-70 Z28. Is there any truth to that? I have searched all over for information on this manifold and it's specs, but I keep coming up empty handed. Any information would be appreciated; especially a point in the right direction for verification of specs or application. Thanks! Sal

14044836 is the (revised) and discontinued 90`s version of the LT-1 intake

This is shown in an old version of the GM Performance Parts catalog.

Aluminum High Rise Intake Manifold
A high-performance small block will breathe easy when it's equipped with this aluminum high-rise intake manifold.  Originally used on the famous Z-28 and LT-1 Chevrolets, the lightweight intake has been improved with wider gasket sealing surfaces. Its tuned dual-plane intake runner design offers excellent all-around performance on the street and in limited competition applications.

Technical Nots:  This manifold used a standard flange four-barrell
