The 67-68 panels are the same and interchangeable, but the 69's were reshaped to match the fenders and possibly the grille. The 69s don't interchange with any other year. I don't know the exact dimensional differences or how to tell them apart off the car..
Maybe someone else has pics of them side by side to compare....
