looks like the hole is too far to the left, what do the experts think? Is this hole factory?

That hole looks too big for the cowl ind.  Looks like the RS vacuum lines to the light switch.

Nope thats the correct location for the cowl induction wiring. I have a pic of an original I used to verify mine and its in the exact same location.

Cowl induction hole was 3/4", RS vac hole was 1"  what is the diam?
