Hmmmm

Could be just about perfect for my car.
Almost the same VIN as well.

Does anyone know about this seller?  He has a lot of items on ebay.  Wondering if anyone here has dealt with him...
Like WayneinNZ that one is awfully close to mine...

Phillip -

Was your '68 built in Los Angeles?

Nope... and I realize this one is...

My car is a 12D Norwood.  It was originally sold in Florida.  The second owner bought it and proceeded to scrap the original motor and put a 327/250 passenger motor in it (which is low compression and runs on regular --so I guess that's not all bad for a driver).  I've been looking for four years and that is the first motor I've seen that even came close to right build period (maybe too close and granted wrong side of the continent).  I'm not going to bid on a L motor, but I do want to watch this guy's offerings.  Original late 67 parts are pretty rare --at least around here in NC.  So, I'm looking for any angle.

If I ever run into a Norwood that would work, I'll buy it even just to have it.

I appreciate your postings here!  Thanks, Paul.  ;D

It never left Ebay!     :)

If you look at reply #6 you'll see it has the same item number you've posted above.     ;)

Sorry, I noticed how old the ebay listing date was and just figured that the current listing was new.  I did not look at the item number.
