Howdy y'all. I'm sorry should have included link to rear axle stamp from a few years ago.

Now I am starting to see something interesting here.  HA but was a HD 3spd?  Lets get all the photos into one thread so its easier to follow..  Do you still have the original intake, carb etc?

I wasn't inferring that there was anything wrong.  But to see a HD 3spd L48 SS is rare.

Yeah, 3079 of them. Included with SS. Pretty rare because undesirable. Is this a low option SS?

Thanks for the comments. I still have the original intake, bellhousing and oil pan.
Exhaust manifolds, heads and carburetor long gone.
Z21 is the only option to be sure of. When I purchased it in 1995 it had the
rear bumperettes and all the signs of Z23 special interior. No other options
that I’m aware of.

It probably had "041" heads on it originally.  Should not be too difficult to find some.  Carb is a lot harder to find and if you do find one it would not be cheap.

Thanks for the info stingr69. I forgot about the distributor. This one came with the car. Could it be original?
