GM Part # 6416148 Delco# 40232 - Early
GM Part # 6416886 Delco # 40524- Late

Supercedes from 6416886(40524) to 6470422 (40725)  This is the later number.

I agree with what Festival provided you with one exception.  I believe 6416712 was the 1st design (early) for all 67 327 and 350's and not 6416148.  Maybe Ed can see what his P&A has for you.

Thanks Guys!

So if my car is built 4th week Jan. '67 would that be considered a "late" build date?

My P&A shows the 6416712 (40503) as the "first design", and the 6416886 (40524) as the "second design". Exaclty when the change took place isn't listed. I don't show the 6416148 in my book (September, 1968). Anyone have an earlier book?

Don't know about the pump #'s but would like to know what size fuel line should run to the carb? 5/16 or 3/8's? dans67camaro

I have an all-original 01E (week after yours) LOS-built SS 350 car. Pump is the 524. I think the other earlier model uses a smaller diameter fuel line but don't quote me on that.
