  Engine Mount bracket that bolts to the sub frame are they all the same for 69 small blocks and which way the bolts washers and nuts are put in any help thanks Ric

They are not the same.

'69 307/327 used the same design frame bracket as '67-'68 302/327/350. '69 302/350 used a new design [3945507/3945508]. The 69 302/350 brackets were designed for a different motor mount that does not interchange with the mount used on the '67-'68 style frame brackets. Problem is, the '67-'68 motor mount fits on the '69 302/350 bracket. It is a poor fit, wider and shorter than the correct mount. Can cause clutch chatter and driveline vibration. The correct mount is a snug fit on the brackets.   

If the #5 spark plug seems too close to the steering gear, probably have the wrong mounts.

The factory assembly manual shows bolts from top; nuts/washers from the bottom. I have heard some Van Nuys cars were assembled opposite of the manual.

  They are.....my 67 L35 LOS is opposite whereby the nuts are on top of the chassis engine mounts

Both frame mounts on my car have the top 2 bolts inserted from below (through the subframe) with shouldered nut on top side, and the single lower bolt inserted from above.
