RPO B93 was a factory stand alone option on any Camaro, or part of the Appearance Group. It could be dealer installed as well.

No, they did not come with Rally Sport or Deluxe interior.

Rally sport and deluxe interior were separate options and had nothing to do with each other. You could order neither, one without the other, or both.

You could get the door edge guards on ANY car. It was a stand alone option (RPO B93), or combined with the Appearance Guard Group option (GRP03 for 1967, GRP1 for 1968 or ZP5 for 1969), or they could be dealer installed.
