1969 Rochester Carburetor on CRAIGSLIST, but when he restamped it, he made a few mistakes! The 7029214 is a 1969 DUALJET, not a QuadraJet, and the code isn't IF but DD. But I guess the code really doesn't matter since there's no such thing anyway!

Well, I guess you're right so it's MY oops! (I was looking at the wrong number in my Hollander interchange). However, it's still not a Camaro carb. It was only used on trucks.
