Are these original deluxe panels
« on: May 05, 2019, 01:16:36 PM »
Hi everyone, I started to take the interior out of a 1969 Z-28 and I believe all these panels are original but I always like to ask the experts to make sure. I was amazed how nice these were. Thanks again Emo

Look real to me minus the screw holes on the edge of the door panels. Repops are plastic...Joe

Yes, those are originals, very nice shape too!  Too bad someone skimped with the side clips and ruined them by putting screw holes in :(

Need to make better plastic retainers for these.  The repro plastic insert does not work.  The metal bayonets will not stay in place in the doors.  Hard to remove original plastic retainers without trashing them.  People give up and use screws I guess.
