ON A BIG BLOCK CAMARO IS THERE A LEFT & RIGHT ON THE FRAME MOUNTS #3980942 & 3980943

Yes, in the GM scheme of things, even numbers are USUALLY right side and odd numbers are USUALLY left side (as seen from the driver's seat). In this case, the 3980942 is right (passenger) side and the 3980941 (there is no P/N 3980943) is the left (driver) side.

I think that those are the superseded numbers, applicable to BB Nova applications as well. Originals were 3950113 LH, and 3950114 RH, if I'm not mistaken.

Pics included below are GM NOS 3980941 and 3980942, stamped numbers shown. I do not see either one stamped as LH/RH, just the part numbers.
