It's interesting (and very disturbing) what our government's executive branch (not just EPA) are trying to do... well beyond the laws as written/passed by congress which are supposed to control such actions...

For many years the EPA has been an agency that keeps just trying to make itself relevant by creating insane policies like the ones concerning ethanol fuel.
