Original used, rebuilt, NOS?
Probably a large range between. I would think a good original survivor $250 but tough to find one not leaking with thermo-switch operating properly/sloppy shaft wear
NOS anyones guess, or what they're willing to pay.
I have a nice dated original Schweitzer fan clutch that came in a box with the car matches my dates.
Those I have seen are ~$300

A pretty nice looking used one sold this morning on ebay for  ~ $450... with 20 bids...

I saw one a few years back sell for $695 shipped on Yenko.net. It was all original, not restored.
