Door panel screws, sill plate screws

Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't HBC have this wrong on the screws.

What he shows for the door panels are actually correct for the sill plates, right?

Not sure where these would go, but shouldn't the sill panel screws have the small conical washers as the ones above?

I believe the door panel screws had the big chrome washer so they wouldn't pull through easily.   Am I way off on this?

Correct Door Panel screw has the conical washer - Survivor 04C Norwood

Sill plates don't use conical washer screws.
