Originality / Re: Preservation of a 68 Camaro

Following for sure
Preservationists …love it. My only question thus far is what DA stands for? And what care or procedure
should be used around the nonpainted portion of the D-90 stripe? Thanks

I like it. Looks legitimate. But as a California native I must ask why the faux black vanity plates ?
Was it sold out of state before this?...said no when asked if both plates are present at DMV upon registration?
I love real black plates.

I'm sorry...coming in late...which T would be the extra one?  Thanks.

You asked the same question on Team Camaro.....that answer should be what ever you want the car to be.
But to ask that question on CRG...that answer is and should always be to put the f'n top back on as original. JMHO

My question was not if but how much value it would add.

How much more would you have spent if it had it???? Do your own math.

While I'm ad it...do you have any pics of your original D90 stripe? If so, I'd sure like to see them.

Thanks

Mine is a bound soft cover book. Picked it up at the local Goodguys swap meet. $15-20 bucks. I believe most of the big First Gen part suppliers carry it.
