Help with 67? block

I have an engine I need some help decoding, any help would be great.   on the front pad it has vIII4mf    On the back it has 3892657 and also k46   also on the back of the block behind where the fly wheel would be is   h 17       and 944       657

Hi Gibster.  That is a 67 camaro 327 /210 Horsepower w/ air (smog) pump assembled Nov. 14 1966
