69 Cowl Tag Decode Help Please

I was looking at a resto/ parts car the other day and the following cowl tag had me puzzeled. I never saw a code like this NBR105840. The car is a plain jane looks like. Has disc brakes, Rosewood interior, 10 bolt Auto no motor or trans. Has part of the hockey stick stripe on the doors. Car is Ralley Green. here is the tag info:

Thanks Ed. I saw the picture of the tag you posted and that is the exact car. I have the same picture. Just found it strange as well with the NBR.
