1969 RS/SS Reverse light template for lower pan

I recently had to replace the tail pan on my 1969 Z10 camaro.  I bought the Dynacorn replacement panel and it does not have the reverse light cut outs.  Does any one have a template for this or the easiest way to cut them out and get it right?  Thx Joe

No . I do have a picture for moving the emblem .
